For this project ESH supplied and installed trace heating to maintain the skid pipework at a temperature of +60°C in a minimum ambient temperature which could be between +13°C and +50°C. 250m of HFBT (ATEX approved) high temperature self regulating heating tape required.

Supplied 60m of type SC constant wattage cable.

Morris Lubricants - Shrewsbury
This large scale project required 2500m of constant wattage cable to complete the work. ESH designed and supplied materials and labour to install and commission trace heating to maintain the internal blending pipework at a temperature of +60°C and the tank farm pipework at +25°C.

Fareham Community Hospital 
To design and supply materials, tools and labour to install and commission self regulating trace heating to frost protect 79m of metal pipework.

Leigh WWTW
ESH provided frost protection trace heating to the metal construction external pipework. 70m of FBT self regulating trace heating tape was supplied and installed.

Bardon Quarry - Coalville
To supply and install trace heating to provide frost protection of the wash water pipework in the Ten Plant Load House. In total 166m of VC constant wattage cable was required.

Petersfinger STW - Salisbury
Ferric Chloride frost protection trace heating. ESH supplied and installed 63m of ESRS self limiting heating tape to frost protect the ferric chloride pipework and fittings.
